We do NOT use your scripts or videos to train AI models. Your content is used only to generate your videos.

4. AI Actors and Your Content

Our AI Actor Library:

Adspoke provides two types of AI actors:

Synthetic AI actors: Digitally generated, not based on real individuals
Licensed AI actors: Based on real people who have given explicit consent and are compensated for their likeness

Commercial Usage Rights:

You have full commercial usage rights to videos you create with Adspoke. Use them on any platform—Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or anywhere else.

Custom AI Actors (Your Face):

You can upload your own image or video to create a custom AI actor. By uploading, you confirm that:

You own the rights to the content OR have explicit permission from the person depicted
You consent to us creating an AI version for your account
If the content depicts someone else, you have their written consent
The person depicted is 18 years or older

How we use your custom actor:

We create and store an AI version solely for your account
We do not share, license, or use your custom actor for any other purpose
You retain all rights to your original content

Prohibited uses: You may NOT create custom actors using:

Images of minors (under 18)
Celebrities, public figures, or anyone without explicit written consent
Copyrighted or trademarked content

Violations will result in immediate account termination.

Payment processors: Stripe processes all payment transactions securely
Cloud service providers: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) hosts our platform and stores data
Analytics providers: Google Analytics helps us understand platform usage
AI service providers: Third-party AI services generate your videos
Customer support tools: Tools that help us respond to your inquiries

We Do NOT:

Sell your personal information
Share your data for third-party advertising
Use your scripts or videos for purposes other than generating your content
Share your custom AI actors with anyone

Legal Disclosures:

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and data
Export your data (data portability)
Object to certain processing activities
Restrict how we use your data
Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention

Active accounts: We keep your data while your account is active and you use our service.

After cancellation:

Personal data deleted within 90 days unless legally required to retain
Generated videos accessible while subscription is active; deleted 90 days after cancellation
Custom AI actors deleted immediately upon account closure or upon request

Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance requirements.

Backups: Data in backups is deleted according to our backup retention schedule (typically 90 days).

8. Data Security

We protect your information using:

Industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit
Encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest
Secure payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant via Stripe)
Regular security audits and monitoring

If you're located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or UK, we ensure adequate protections through:

GDPR-compliant data processing agreements with our service providers
Secure data transfer protocols and encryption
